Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing LionessInkPrintShop.com for your printing needs. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to assist you. Lioness Ink Print Shop offers a full refund on non-customized items returned in unused condition.

Returns
Timeframe: You have 7 calendar days from the date of receipt to return an item.

Condition: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Documentation: Include the receipt or proof of purchase with your return.

Replacements and Exchanges
Non-Custom Merchandise:
You can exchange any non-custom items for a product of the same value if they have not been worn or used.

Cost Difference: If the replacement item costs less than the original, the difference will be refunded in the original payment method. If the replacement item costs more, you will pay the additional amount using your preferred payment method.
Custom Orders:
We offer a 100% replacement guarantee on all custom orders. If we make an error with your order, contact us with your order number and return all unused items within 7 days of receipt. We will correct the order by reprinting it at no cost to you. The typical replacement time is 5-10 days.

Used Merchandise: We do not accept returns for used or worn merchandise. If you have used or worn the item but notice a misprint, please contact us with images. We will offer a discount on your next order.
Customer Errors:
If there is an error on your end (e.g., incorrect quantities ordered or art proofs approved with errors), we will reprint your order at our standard pricing.

Refunds
Inspection: Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the status.

Approval: If approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original payment method.

Timeline: The credit will appear in your account according to your card issuer’s policies.

Custom Items: We do not offer refunds on custom printed apparel or merchandise for any reason.

Shipping
Return Shipping Costs: You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refund Deductions: If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
